Statute Summary

NY VAT § 300 - Application of this title 300. Application of this title. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this chapter, this title shall be exclusively controlling: (a) On the use by motor vehicles of public highways, and (b) On the accessories used upon motor vehicles and motorcycles and their incidents.
