Statute Summary

NY VAT § 2412 - Service on nonresidents and certain residents, administrators or executors 2412. Service on nonresidents and certain residents, administrators or executors. For the purposes of section two hundred fifty-two of this chapter, an ATV shall be a vehicle and the provisions of that section and section two hundred fifty-three of this chapter shall apply to ATVs.
