Statute Summary

NY VAT § 2291 - Disposition of fees 2291. Disposition of fees. The commissioner shall deposit all monies received from the registration of ATVs and all fees otherwise collected under this article to the credit of the general fund, as prescribed by section twenty-two hundred eighty-two of this chapter.
