Statute Summary

NY VAT § 2288 - Responsibility for operation by minors 2288. Responsibility for operation by minors. No owner or other person in possession of any ATV shall authorize or knowingly permit any person under sixteen years of age to operate such ATV in violation of any provision of this article.
