Statute Summary

NY VAT § 2280 - Jurisdiction of department 2280. Jurisdiction of department. 1. The registration of all terrain vehicles shall be under the jurisdiction of the department of motor vehicles. 2. Except as otherwise expressly provided herein, all of the provisions of this chapter shall apply to all terrain vehicles.
