Statute Summary

NY VAT § 2263 - Revocation and suspension 2263. Revocation and suspension. In addition to revocation or suspension of a registration pursuant to any other provision of this chapter, all registrations issued to a registrant pursuant to this article may be revoked where the holder is convicted of a second or subsequent violation committed within a period of twelve months of subdivision three of section twenty-two hundred sixty-two of this chapter.
