Statute Summary

NY VAT § 2229 - Snowmobile, not a motor vehicle 2229. Snowmobile, not a motor vehicle. Notwithstanding its limited use on highways, a snowmobile shall not be determined a motor vehicle within the meaning of section one hundred twenty-five of this chapter or any other successor statutes.
