Statute Summary

NY VAT § 221 - Annual compilation of this chapter 221. Annual compilation of this chapter. The commissioner shall cause to be published by the department, and make available to the public, an annual paperback compilation of all of the provisions of this chapter. The commissioner shall establish a reasonable fee, chargeable on a per copy basis, sufficient to cover the cost of preparation and distribution of such books.
