Statute Summary

NY VAT § 2125 - Fees 2125. Fees. (a) The commissioner shall be paid the following fees: * (1) for filing an application for a certificate of title, fifty dollars except where the application relates to a mobile home or a manufactured home as defined in section one hundred twenty-two-c of this chapter, in which case the fee shall be one hundred twenty-five dollars; * NB Effective until April 1, 2020 * (1) for filing an application for a certificate of title, five dollars
