Statute Summary

NY VAT § 1631 - Additional traffic regulation on the New York state thruway 1631. Additional traffic regulation on the New York state thruway. In addition to the other powers granted by this article, the New York state thruway authority may by order, rule or regulation prohibit or regulate overtaking and passing on the New York state thruway. Any such order, rule or regulation shall supersede the provisions of section eleven hundred twenty-three.
