New York Vehicle & Traffic § 1613

Statute Summary

NY VAT § 1613 - Review by courts 1613. Review by courts. Any order made by the department of transportation pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to review by the supreme court in the manner provided in article seventy-eight of the civil practice law and rules or by any other appropriate remedy. Proceedings to review shall be brought in Albany county. Such proceedings shall be entitled to a preference.
