NRS205.075Burglary with explosives; penalty. 1.  A person who, with the intent to commit a crime, breaks and enters, either by day or by night, any building whether inhabited or not, and opens or attempts to open any vault, safe or other secure place by use of nitroglycerine, dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive, is guilty of burglary with explosives. 2.  A person convicted of burglary with explosives is guilty of a category B felony and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for a minimum term of not less than 2 years and a maximum term of not more than 15 years.
