light emitted from laser device at aircraft with NRS202.585Directing light emitted from laser device at aircraft with intent to interfere with operation of aircraft; penalty. 1.  A person shall not willfully direct at an aircraft any light emitted from a laser device or other source which is capable of interfering with the vision of a person operating the aircraft with the intent to interfere with the operation of the aircraft. 2.  A person who violates this section: (a) If the violation does not result in injury to any person on the aircraft or damage to the aircraft, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
