Summary
(a) As used in this section, the following terms have the meanings given. (b) "Conviction" includes a conviction as an extended jurisdiction juvenile under section260B.130for a violation of, or an attempt to violate, section609.342,609.343,609.344,609.3453, or609.3458, if the adult sentence has been executed.
