Minnesota Statutes § 169.868

Summary
(a) A road authority may issue an annual permit for a vehicle or combination of vehicles with a combination of six or more axles to haul freight and to be operated with a gross vehicle weight up to: (1) 90,000 pounds; and (2) 99,000 pounds during the period set by the commissioner under section169.826, subdivision 1.
