Summary
For purposes of sections169.441to169.448, school bus means a motor vehicle that is outwardly equipped and identified as a school bus. A motor vehicle that satisfies the identification requirements of this section and the signal equipment requirements of section169.442is considered outwardly equipped and identified as a school bus.
