Maryland Transportation Code Section 7-701 (2023) - Compliance With Local Laws; Location of Railroad or Transit Facilities (a) With respect to the operation of transit service, the Administration shall comply with all laws, ordinances, and regulations of Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County, and Baltimore County as to: (1) Use of streets, highways, and other vehicular facilities; (2) Traffic control and regulations; (3) Zoning; (4) Signs; and (5) Buildings.
