Maryland Transportation Code Section 21-1417 (2023) - Dispute of E-Zpass Charges and Fees for the Use of Maryland Toll Facility // EFFECTIVE UNTIL JUNE 30, 2023 PER CHAPTER 555 OF 2022 // (a) (1) In this section the following words have the meanings indicated. (2) “Authority” has the meaning stated in § 21–1416 of this subtitle. (3) “E–ZPass account” has the meaning stated in § 21–1416 of this subtitle. (b) (1) The Authority shall require any person who applies to establish an E–ZPass account to agree to abide by terms and conditions established by the Authority for the electronic collection of tolls. (2) The terms and conditions for E–ZPass accounts shall allow a person to dispute any charge or fee for the use of a Maryland toll facility within at least 1 year after the charge or fee is ...
