Maryland Transportation Code Section 15-507 (2023) - Transfer of Vehicle to Dismantler and Recycler or Scrap Processor (a) Except as provided in subsection (c) of this section, any person who transfers a vehicle to an automotive dismantler and recycler or scrap processor shall execute an assignment and warranty of title on: (1) The certificate of title issued for the vehicle by this State or any other state; or (2) Any other documentary evidence of ownership acceptable to the Administration.
