Maryland Transportation Code Section 12-412 (2023) - Requisites of Agreements, Arrangements, and Declarations (a) Each agreement, arrangement, and declaration made under this subtitle and each amendment to an agreement, arrangement, or declaration: (1) Shall be in writing and kept on file by the Administration; and (2) Is not effective until approved by the Governor. (b) The Administrator shall file a copy of each agreement, arrangement, declaration, and amendment with the Secretary of State within 30 days after its execution or its effective date, whichever is later.
