Statute Summary

22-2711.Delivery of person in disobedience of K.S.A.22-2710; penalty.Any officer who shall deliver to the agent for extradition of the demanding state a person in such officer's custody under the governor's warrant, in willful disobedience of K.S.A.22-2710, and amendments thereto, shall be guilty of a class B nonperson misdemeanor.
