22-2530.Copy of search warrant to property owner.If a search warrant is executed which authorizes a search of real property based upon an alleged offense involving gambling, obscenity, the sale of sexual relations, controlled substances or liquor, a copy of the warrant shall be delivered to the last known address of the owner of the property within two business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays, after execution of the warrant if such address is different from the address of t
