Statute Summary

22-2507.Command of search warrant.A search warrant shall command the person directed to execute the same to search the person, place or means of conveyance particularly described in the warrant and to seize the things particularly described in the warrant. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs; search warrants; use in municipal courts. 86-148. 1. Lack of specificity in describing premises to be searched held harmless error. State v. LeFort, 248 Kan. 332, 337, 806 P.2d 986 (1991).
