Statute Summary

22-2504.Issuance of search warrant.All search warrants shall show the time and date of issuance and shall be the warrants of the magistrate issuing the same and not the warrants of the court in which he is then sitting and such warrants need not bear the seal of the court or clerk thereof. Such warrants may be transmitted by electronic communication, as defined in K.S.A.22-2502, and amendments thereto.
