Statute Summary

22-2409.Crimes committed by corporations.(1) Upon the filing of a complaint, indictment or information charging a corporation with commission of a crime in a court having jurisdiction to try the offense charged, such court shall issue a summons setting forth the nature of the offense and commanding the corporation to appear before such court at a certain time and place for arraignment. (2) The summons for the appearance of a corporation may be served in the manner provided for service of summon
