21-6425.Misuse of nonpublic sports information.(a) Misuse of nonpublic sports information is placing or causing to be placed a bet or wager on a sports contest on the basis of material nonpublic information relating to such bet or wager. (b) Misuse of nonpublic sports information is a severity level 5, nonperson felony.
