21-6310.Unlawful endangerment.(a) Unlawful endangerment is knowingly protecting or attempting to protect the manufacture or cultivation of a controlled substance by creating, setting up, building, erecting or using any device or weapon which: (3) is intended to cause bodily harm to another person.
