Statute Summary

21-6116.Severability of act.If any provision of this act or the application thereof to any person, thing or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect the provisions of application of this act that can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of the act are declared to be severable.
