21-5937.Fraudulent acts relating to aircraft identification numbers.(a) Fraudulent acts relating to aircraft identification numbers is knowingly: (1) Buying, receiving, disposing of, distributing, concealing, operating, or having in possession or attempting to buy, receive, dispose of, distribute, conceal, operate, or possess, by any person, firm, business or corporation of any aircraft or part thereof on which the identification numbers do not meet the requirements of the federal aviation regu
