Statute Summary

21-5932.Defense of actions.Offers of repayment or repayment occurring after the filing of criminal charges of payments, goods, services, items, facilities or accommodations wrongfully obtained shall not constitute a defense to or ground for dismissal of criminal charges brought pursuant to K.S.A.21-5925through21-5934and K.S.A.75-725and75-726, and amendments thereto.
