21-5913.Obstructing apprehension or prosecution.(a) Obstructing apprehension or prosecution is knowingly harboring, concealing or aiding any person who: (1) Has committed or who has been charged with committing a felony or misdemeanor under the laws of this state, other than a violation of K.S.A.22-4903, and amendments thereto, or another state or the United States with intent that such person shall avoid or escape from arrest, trial, conviction or punishment for such felony or misdemeanor; or
