21-5906.Criminal disclosure of a warrant.(a) Criminal disclosure of a warrant is recklessly making public in any way, prior to the execution of such warrant the: (1) Fact that a search warrant or warrant for arrest has been applied for or issued; or (2) contents of the affidavit or testimony on which such warrant is based. (b) Criminal disclosure of a warrant is a class B nonperson misdemeanor. (c) Criminal disclosure of a warrant shall not apply: (1) When disclosure of the warrant is made
