Statute Summary

21-5837.Adding dockage or foreign material to grain.(a) Adding dockage or foreign material to grain is knowingly: (1) Adding dockage or foreign material to any grain to be marketed; or (2) recombining any dockage or foreign material once removed from grain with any grain which is to be marketed. (b) Adding dockage or foreign material to grain is a severity level 9, nonperson felony. (c) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit: (1) The treatment of grain to control insects, du
