Statute Summary

21-5820.Unlawful posting of political pictures and political advertisements.(a) Unlawful posting of political pictures and political advertisements is knowingly putting up, affixing or fastening of either or both a political picture or a political advertisement to a telegraph, telephone, electric light or power pole. (b) Unlawful posting of political pictures and political advertisements is a class C misdemeanor.
