21-5716.Unlawful acts involving proceeds derived from violations of K.S.A.21-5701through21-5717.(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to receive or acquire proceeds or engage in transactions involving proceeds, known to be derived from a violation of K.S.A.21-5701through21-5717, and amendments thereto, or any substantially similar offense from another jurisdiction.
