21-5710.Unlawful distribution of certain drug precursors and drug paraphernalia.(a) It shall be unlawful for any person to advertise, market, label, distribute or possess with the intent to distribute: (1) Any product containing ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, red phosphorus, lithium metal, sodium metal, iodine, anhydrous ammonia, pressurized ammonia or phenylpropanolamine or their salts, isomers or salts of isomers if the person knows or reasonably should know that the purchaser will use the produ
