(730 ILCS 135/1) (from Ch. 38, par. 1101) Sec. 1. This Act shall be known as the Illinois Prison Inspection Act. (Source: P.A. 80-367.) (730 ILCS 135/2) (from Ch. 38, par. 1102) Sec. 2. The purpose of this Act is to establish a procedure for the periodic inspection of state operated prison facilities with regard to sanitary conditions and medical facilities. (Source: P.A. 80-367.)
