(730 ILCS 154/1) Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Murderer and Violent Offender Against Youth Registration Act. (Source: P.A. 97-154, eff. 1-1-12.) (a) A violent offender against youth shall, within the time period prescribed in subsections (b) and (c), register in person and provide accurate information as required by the Illinois State Police.
