The provisions of the "Illinois Administrative Procedure Act", as now or hereafter amended, are hereby expressly adopted and incorporated herein as though a part of this Act, and shall apply to all administrative rules and procedures of the Office of the State's Attorneys Appellate Prosecutor under this Act.
