(725 ILCS 145/1) (from Ch. 70, par. 401) Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the Criminal Victims' Asset Discovery Act. (Source: P.A. 87-1157.) (725 ILCS 145/2.1) (from Ch. 70, par. 402.1) Sec. 2.1. "Person" means every natural person, firm, partnership, association, corporation or other legal entity. (Source: P.A. 81-906.)
