OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Determination of actual driver unnecessary. - O.C.G.A. § 40-6-163 , effective July 1, 1985, does not require the Department of Public Safety to attempt to determine the actual driver of a vehicle owned by a governmental or business entity. 1985 Op.
