The 2016 amendments. The first 2016 amendment, effective July 1, 2017, added "or 40-5-64.1" at the end of paragraph (b)(2). The second 2016 amendment, effective January 1, 2017, added "and" at the end of paragraph (b)(4); in paragraph (b)(5), substituted "citizen or," for "citizen, or", and substituted a period for "; and" at the end; and deleted former paragraph (b)(6) which read: "Provide proof of liability insurance coverage in such amounts as provided by law for the class of motor vehicle being operated for hire and the requirements for limousine carriers, ride share networks and drivers, and taxi services, as applicable."
