The 2016 amendment, effective May 3, 2016, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted "online" for "on-line" in divisions (c)(1)(B)(i) and (c)(1)(B)(ii). The 2017 amendment, effective July 1, 2017, inserted "or as provided in subsection (f)" near the end of the second sentence of paragraph (d)(1); deleted "and" at the end of paragraph (f)(7); substituted "; and" for a period at the end of paragraph (f)(8); and added paragraph (f)(9).
