JUDICIAL DECISIONS Effect of purchase site for voting purposes. - Purchase by a Georgia resident of an automobile tag in a Georgia county other than the county in which the resident sought to register to vote was a declaration of residence in that particular county of the state for purposes of former Code 1933, § 34-602.
