OPINIONS OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL Editor's notes. - In light of the similarity of the statutory provisions, opinions under former Code 1933, § 68-607, which was subsequently repealed but was succeeded by provisions in this Code section, are included in the annotations for this Code section. Former Code 1933, § 68-607 was plain and unambiguous, and hence not subject to legal interpretation; it clearly authorized the commission to revoke or amend a certificate if the carrier was not furnishing adequate service.
