Section Overview

Visitation Rights Portion of custody award concerning visitation may be modified. - In any case in which judgment has been entered awarding custody of minor, on motion of any party or on motion of court, that portion of judgment concerning visitation rights between parties and their minor children may be subject to review and modification or alteration.
