JUDICIAL DECISIONS Immunity not applicable to an act of molestation. - Immunity provided by O.C.G.A. § 19-7-5 is applicable only to such civil or criminal liability as might otherwise result from the act of reporting suspected child molestation or abuse, not to such criminal liability as may arise from the commission of the molestation or abuse itself. Austin v. State, 179 Ga. App. 235 , 345 S.E.2d 688 (1986). "Psychologist" means licensed psychologist. - Term "psychologist", as contained in O.C.G.A. § 19-7-5 , includes only licensed psychologists. Gladson v. State, 258 Ga. 885 , 376 S.E.2d 362 (1989).
