The 2016 amendment, effective May 3, 2016, part of an Act to revise, modernize, and correct the Code, substituted "Office of State Administrative Hearings" for "Office of Administrative Hearings" near the end of subsection (d). The 2017 amendment, effective July 1, 2017, substituted "child support enforcement agency" for "IV-D agency" throughout this Code section.
