JUDICIAL DECISIONS Regulation inconsistent with section. - A regulation of the Department of Human Resources (DHR) requiring the court to enter an order adopting an administrative order adjusting an existing court award of child support was inconsistent with the clear authority of O.C.G.A. § 19-11-12 and, thus, the court did not err by denying a petition by DHR for an order adopting an administrative order as provided by the regulation.
