Although the cases on the criminal docket shall be called in the order in which the cases stand on the docket, a trial court retains discretion to call the cases out of order; there was no error in calling the defendant's case for trial, despite the fact that another pending matter had been pending longer on the trial court's docket, because the defendant in the other case was expected to enter a plea following the sentencing in another matter.
